Auto Pay Memberships
6-Month Direct Debit Membership Agreement
This agreement is between Move Well Studio (“the Studio”) and the undersigned member (“the Member”).
1. Membership Term
1.1 This membership is a 6-month minimum term agreement commencing from the date of the first successful direct debit payment.
1.2 The membership may not be cancelled during the minimum term except as outlined in Clause 8 (Early Termination).
2. Payments & Autopay
2.1 Membership fees are payable via automatic direct debit (Autopay) at the agreed rate and billing frequency.
2.2 By entering payment details, the Member authorises Move Well Studio to debit fees automatically.
2.3 It is the Member’s responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available.
2.4 Failed or declined payments may incur an administration or dishonour fee and must be resolved within 7 days.
2.5 Missed payments do not pause, discount, or extend the membership term.
3. Membership Pause (Suspension)
3.1 Memberships may be paused for a maximum total of four (4) weeks per calendar year.
3.2 A minimum of two (2) weeks’ notice is required to pause a membership.
3.3 Pause requests must be submitted in writing via email to movewellstudioinfo@gmail.com.
3.4 Pauses cannot be applied retrospectively.
3.5 Approved pauses will extend the membership end date by the length of the pause.
3.6 Memberships cannot be paused during the final four (4) weeks of the minimum term.
4. Membership Use & Access
4.1 Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the named Member.
4.2 Class bookings are subject to availability and must be made in advance via Mindbody.
4.3 Move Well Studio reserves the right to amend class timetables, trainers, programming, and studio operations as required.
5. Health & Safety
5.1 The Member acknowledges that participation in exercise carries inherent risk.
5.2 The Member agrees to disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or pregnancies prior to participation.
5.3 The Member trains at their own risk and agrees to follow coaching instructions at all times.
6. Studio Closures
6.1 Temporary closures due to public holidays, maintenance, emergencies, or circumstances beyond the Studio’s control do not automatically entitle the Member to refunds.
6.2 Where appropriate, class credits or membership extensions may be offered at the Studio’s discretion.
7. Cancellation After Minimum Term
7.1 Upon completion of the 6-month minimum term, the membership will continue on a rolling basis.
7.2 A minimum of 14 days’ written notice is required to cancel after the minimum term.
8. Early Termination
8.1 Early termination of the minimum term will only be considered in the following circumstances:
Permanent illness or injury (medical certificate required)
Permanent relocation more than 30km from Move Well Studio
8.2 Approved early termination may incur an early exit fee.
9. Acknowledgement
9.1 By signing up online and entering payment details, the Member confirms they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
No-show & Late Cancellation Policy
No-Show Fee

A $5 no-show fee will be charged to the Member’s account if they fail to attend a booked group class without cancelling.

A no-show is defined as:

Not attending a class, and
-
Not cancelling the booking within the required cancellation window.

Late Cancellation

Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the scheduled class time will be treated as a no-show and incur the $5 fee.
Payment & Enforcement

The $5 no-show fee will be automatically charged via Mindbody Autopay or added to the Member’s account balance.

Outstanding no-show fees must be settled before further bookings can be made.

Move Well Studio reserves the right to waive the fee at its discretion in exceptional circumstances.
